Form MG11 Excerpt

STATEMENT OF WITNESS (CJ Act 1967, s.9; MC Act 1980, ss.5A(3)(a) and 5B; MC Rules 1981, r.70)

I am the owner/manager responsible for the digital electronic surveillance system fitted at the premises.

On 6 November 2026, I exported video surveillance data covering the period from 22:15:00 to 22:42:00 from Channel 2 (Driveway / Front Entrance).

The recording equipment is a commercial Dahua Technology recorder. Prior to extraction, I verified the internal system clock against speaking/atomic time. The system clock was running 3 minutes and 15 seconds SLOW.

The footage was downloaded in its native raw digital stream format with proprietary watermarking intact to preserve evidentiary integrity under BS EN 62676-4. The manufacturer standalone viewing tool was included on the storage media.

I have sealed the storage media into Police Evidence Bag, labelled as:

EXHIBIT: GP/01
SHA-256 HASH: e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855

I certify that the evidence has not been tampered with or altered in any manner.
