1. Quotations, Pricing & Transparent Billing
All quotations provided by ADI Communications LTD (via direct mobile, on-site survey, or written estimate) are upfront, honest, and free of hidden call-out fees. Prices for standard turnkey packages (e.g. Starlink from £225, Ajax Alarms from £545, Data Cabling from £145, 4K CCTV from £495, TV Aerials from £99+ VAT) include all necessary brackets, cables, fixings, and labour unless non-standard structural modifications are agreed upon before commencement.
2. 1-Year Full Replacement Guarantee
Every installation undertaken by Lead Master Engineer Gary Pearce carries our comprehensive 1-Year Full Replacement Guarantee covering both hardware components supplied and engineering workmanship. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or signal disruption under normal operating conditions, an engineer will attend and repair or replace the affected component free of charge.
3. Senior Citizen (OAP) 10% Concession
ADI Communications LTD proudly provides a 10% discount to all senior citizens aged 65 and over on all domestic TV aerial, satellite, smart alarm, and cabling installations. This discount applies directly to the final invoice upon proof of eligibility.
4. Structural Integrity & Weatherproof Standards
All external rooftop, chimney, and wall mounts are engineered to British CAI and storm-proof standards using heavy-duty galvanised steel brackets, M6 SnapToggle hollow-wall fixings (rated to 120kg), and silicone-sealed weather grommets. Homeowners are advised to ensure safe roof access and declare any known structural fragility prior to installation.
5. Payment Terms & Completion
Payment is due upon full completion, testing, and customer satisfaction demonstration on the day of installation. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and cash. Official VAT-compliant invoices and certificates of installation are provided immediately.
