Your data is used solely to dispatch Lead Engineer Gary Pearce to your property, fulfill warranty obligations, generate official invoices, and communicate regarding your installation. We will never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your information to any third-party marketing companies.
3. CCTV & Smart Security Privacy
When installing 4K CCTV (Hikvision ColorVu / Dahua TiOC) or Ajax smart intruder alarms, all video storage records locally to your on-premise Western Digital hard drive. ADI Communications LTD does not maintain backdoors, cloud mirrors, or remote surveillance access into your private camera feeds. You retain 100% data ownership and admin encryption control.

Our website operates on high-speed static architecture without invasive third-party tracking scripts, analytics cookies, or behavioral advertising pixels.
